Obverse 45 is identified by date placement at RH and date repunching
that features initial date imipressions to the northwest within the 0
and to the southeast below the right base of the 8. Obverse 45
has developed moderately heavy die flow lines.
Reverse
AS is rotated 6 degrees clockwise and is in a similar die state as
Obverse 45, with the advancement of moderately heavy die flow lines.
Comments:
Variety 43 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted
the above plate coin during mid November 2018 for inclusion in this
book based on the Obverse 45 date repunching.
