Obverse 71 is observed with date placement at LH, with an upward sloping date.  Obverse 71 has acquired a clash mark in front of the eye of Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse AAR.

Reverse AAR has developed  die rust within and around CE(N)T.  Reverse AAR has acquired a clash mark through (C)ENT from a clashing event with Obverse 71.

Comments:  Variety 69 may be characterized by an upward sloping date obverse and a reverse with localized die rust within and around CE(N)T.
