Obverse 4 is identified by date placement at LE, misplaced 0 in the denticles below the primary 0 of the date and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south within both loops and below the base as well as to the north within the upper loop of the 9; to the south within and below the base of the 0 as well as to the north within the 0; to the south below the base of the 7.  Obverse 4 has developed light die flow lines and has acquired a clash mark in front of the eye of Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse D.

Reverse D is in a similar die state as Obverse 4, with the advancement of light die flow lines.  Reverse D has acquired clash marks through (C)ENT, to the left of the denomination and above (0)NE from a clashing event with Obverse 4.
Rev. D.2:  Reverse D has now developed the following die cracks:
1.  Radial die crack from the rim at 2:00 extending to the E of ONE.
2.  Die crack from the rim at 3:30 downward through the wreath to the lowest arrowhead.
3.  Die crack from the denticles at 9:30 to the wreath.
4.  Die crack from the rim at 9:45 upward through the wreath.

Comments:  The initial date impressions of Obverse 4 are quite bold and with distinct repunching in two directions.
