Die Flaw at 4:30


Obverse 12 is identified by a die flaw at 4:30, repunching to the south on the 06 and additional repunching to the north on the 0, with date placement at LH.

Reverse L is rotated 6 degrees clockwise.

Comments:  The die flaw by the A of AMERICA at 4:30 enables obverse 12 to be easily identified.
