11 is identified by repunching to the north on the base of the 1 and
upper loop of the 9 and repunching to the south at the base, with date
placement at B.
Reverse K is perfect.
Comments:
The obverse 11 repunching on the 1 and 9 digits is minor, but the repunching at the base of the 6 is much more visible.
