Obverse 63 is observed with date placement at RE and repaired tops of 'STA(TE)S'.

Reverse AAK is observed with a die line among the vertical shield bars.  Reverse AK has developed die cracking.

Comments:  With the exception of the severe die cracking between 3:00 and 7:45, the remaining die cracking of Reverse AAK is light in comparison.

Variety 61 was first identified by Walter Seiller, who submitted the above plate coin during late November 2023 for inclusion in this book based on the die die cracking of Reverse AAK.

Plate Coin:  Walter Seiller Collection, AU55
