that features initial date impressions to the north within both loops of
the 6.
Reverse AP is rotated 6 degrees clockwise.
Comments:
Variety 38 was first identified by David Killough, who
submitted the above plate coin during mid May 2018 for inclusion in
this book based on the Obverse 41 date repunching.
