Obverse 33 is identified by date placement at B, date repunching that features initial date impressions to the north above all digits with additional initial date impressions above the lower loop of the 6 and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south under the serif and base of the 1, within the lower loop of the 8 and within the upper loop and ball of the 6.  Obverse 33 has developed light flow lines and has acquired clash marks in front of the eye and between feathers 7-9 from a clashing event with Reverse AH.

Reverse AH is in a similar die state as Obverse 33, with the advancement of light die flow lines.  Reverse AH has acquired clash marks to the right of the denomination, above the O of ONE and through the C of CENT from a clashing event with Obverse 33.

Comments:  Variety 30 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin during mid February 2017 for inclusion in this book based on the date repunching of Obverse 33.
