20 is identified by wide repunching to the east on the 89, with date placement at LE.
Reverse U has yet to be observed with any distinguishing die markers.
Comments:
The obverse 20 repunching is wide, with the repunching within the
lower loop of the 9 exhibiting the ball of the 9 from the initial digit
punch impression.
