Obverse 16 is identified by date position at RH and the clash marks of the denticles of another die below STA of STATES.  Obverse 16 has developed a rim break from 8:00 to 8:30.

Reverse P has yet to be observed with any die markers.

Comments:  The clash marks of obverse 16 are most likely the result of testing the hardness of the working die that produced obverse 16.
