Obverse Diagnostics

Date Position

Base Of A Misplaced 8 Digit

Defect At Top and Broken Base Of 3

Obverse 14 is identified by date placement at C and the base of a misplaced 8 digit located below the portrait and to the left of the ribbon end.  Obverse 14 is observed with the 3 of the date exhibiting a defect at the top and a broken base.
.
Reverse N has developed the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 10:15 extends downward through the left wreath.

Comments:  Though the Obverse 14 misplaced digit was initially identified as a 3 for the Snow 9 Die Pairing, I suspect the misplaced digit is an 8.
