Obverse 11 is identified by date placement at B and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south of all elements of the 6 and to the south within both loops of the second 8.  Obverse 11 has acquired clash marks and is observed with lint hub-throughs, raised areas on the neck and a die line connecting 'STATE(S)' and the first three feathers.

Reverse K is rotated 5 degrees counter clockwise and is observed with numerous die lines located within the field between the left wreath and (C)ENT.

Comments:  Reverse K of this die pairing is plaqued by debris strike-throughs of which have created weakness in design elements.
