Obverse 31 is identified by date placement at C and the tops of a misplaced 0 and 4 digit in the denticles below and to the left of the primary 0 and 4 of the date.

Reverse AE is observed with a prominent die polish line through the wreath stem.

Comments:  The Obverse 31 misplaced digits are a result of an initial digit punch impression that was located far to the southwest with respect to the final date placement.
