Obverse 19 is identified by date placement at B, a die artifact in the denticles below the 0 of the date and minor date repunching that features an initial date impression to the northwest above the flag of the 1.

Reverse S is observed with die lines within the vertical shield bars.

Comments:  The Obverse 19 die anomaly below the 0 of the date may have been an injury sustained by the working die rather than a misplaced digit, since close examination and overlay reveal no evidence of a misplaced digit.  

Variety 17 was first identified by this author during mid September 2016.
