Obverse 18 is identified by moderate repunching to the south within the upper loop of the 9, with date placement at LH.
Reverse R has yet to be observed with any die markers.

16 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above
plate coin during July 2016 for inclusion within this book based on the
repunching of obverse 18.
