Obverse 13 is identified by repunching to the south on the 19, with date placement at RH.  Obverse 13 is observed with moderate die flow lines.

Reverse M is in a similar die state as obverse 13, with the presence of moderate die flow lines.  Reverse M develops the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 3:30 into the wreath where it will progress downward to the bottom arrowhead and upward to a point at 3:00.

Comments:  Variety 11 was first identified by this author during mid January 2014.
