Obverse 8 is identified by date placement at C and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the east of the base, to the west of the upright, to the south below the serif and to the west above the flag of the 1 digit as well as to the east of the base of the 9 digit.  Obverse 8 is observed with die lines, has developed a small die break atop the eighth feather and has acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Reverse H.
Obverse 8.2:  The Obverse 8 die  flow lines have become more severe.

Reverse H is rotated 7 degrees clockwise.  Reverse H is observed with die lines and has acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Obverse 8. Reverse H has developed the following die cracks:
1.  Light radial die crack from the rim at 1:45 downward and diagonally through the wreath towards ON(E).
2.  Die crack segment through the shaft and head of the lower arrow, upward through the middle arrowhead and into the right wreath.
3.  Die crack from the rim at 7:00 through the lower olive leaf and into the ribbon knot.
Reverse H.2:  The Reverse H die flow lines have become more severe causing the clash marks to become obscured.  In addition, the Reverse H die cracks have become incrementally more severe, especially the radial die crack from 1:45 that has now developed a small die chip at the outer edge of the right wreath at 1:45.

Comments:  The 7 degree die rotation is a rotational attribute of Variety 7, with the clashing event of Obverse 8 and Reverse H occurring during this rotated state.
