Obverse 43 is observed with date placement at RH.  Obverse 43 has developed a small die break at the chin and has acquired a clash mark from a clashing event with Reverse AQ.

Reverse AQ has developed a small die break located at the upper right of CEN(T) and has acquired a clash mark from a clashing event with Obverse 43.

Comments:  Variety 38 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin during early July 2022 for inclusion in this book based on the small die breaks of Variety 38.
