Obverse 33 is observed with date placement at LH.

Reverse AG develops a retained cud between 3:30 and 4:15. Reverse AG has acquired a clash mark to the right of the denomination and has developed the following die crack:
1.  Radial die crack from the rim at 6:00 into the knot.

Comments:  Variety 28 was first identified by Rick DeSanctis during early July 2016.
