Obverse 28 is identified by date placement at LH, with date repunching that features initial date impressions to the north within the lower loop of the 9 and to the south below the bases of the 01.  Obverse 28 has developed moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.

Reverse AB is rotated 7 degrees clockwise and is observed with die rust on the O of ONE, CE of CENT, left wreath and field area in the lower left quadrant.  Reverse AB is in a similar die state as Obverse 28, with the advancement of moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.  Reverse AB has acquired a clash mark through the C of CENT.

Comments:  The Obverse 28 initial date impression found within the lower loop of the 9 is minor, while the impressions under the 01 are microscopic.  The initial date impressions are the result of a digit punch impression that was sightly clockwise with respect to the final date impression.

The Reverse AB die rust in the field areas and clash mark are obscured by the advancement of die flow lines.  Obverse 28 most likely acquired clash marks from a clashing event with Reverse AB, but the die flow lines have obscured these as well.
