Obverse 15 is identified by repunchng to the south on the last 1, with date placement of LH.  In addition, a misplaced digit is located in the denticles below and to the left of the primary 0 of the date.  Obverse 15 exhibits moderately heavy die flow lines and a die chip at the tip of the eighth feather.

Reverse O is in a smilar die state as obverse 15 with the development of moderately heavy die flow lines.

Comments:  The misplaced digit of obverse 15, which may be seen more clearly during an earlier die state of obverse 15, is most likely a 0 digit.

The die state of variety 9 seems to suggest a high cent production.  Thus, examples of variety 9 may be found with some searching.

Plate coin:  Richard Ashton, PCGS MS63RB (Snow 9 Plate Coin)
