Obverse 13 is identified by date placement at RE with date repunching that features two initial date impressions to the south below the serif of the 1, to the south within the upper loop of the 9 and to the south within the 0.
Obv. 13.2:  Moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines develop, with the initial date impression artifacts below the serif of the 1 fading a bit.
Obv. 13.3:  Die flow lines have become heavy.

Reverse M is rotated 7 degrees clockwise and may be identified by a small die chip directly above the shield at 12:00.  Reverse M has developed a light die clash through the C of CENT and to the right of the denomination.
Rev. M.2:  Moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines develop.
Rev. M.3:  Die flow lines have become heavy and die cracks form at 3:30, 7:15 and 10:30.

Comments:  Both Obverse 13 and Reverse M were struck from slightly misalinged working dies throughout the entire Variety 7 production.

Plate Coin:  D. Poliquin, AU58RB
