Obverse 39 is observed with date placement at C.  Obverse 39 has acquired a clash mark in front of the eye of Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse AM and has developed moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.

Reverse AM is in a similar die state as Obverse 39, with the advancement of moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.  Reverse AM has acquired a light clash mark through (C)ENT from a clashing event with Obverse 39.  Reverse AM has developed rim breaks between 3:45 and 4:15, between 4:30 and 5:30, between 5:45 and 6:00 and the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 3:15 downward through the middle and lower arrowheads.
2.  Moderately heavy die crack from the rim break at 6:00 upward through the olive leaves and lowest oak leaf of the left wreath to the rim at 8:45.

Comments:  Variety 37 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin during mid May 2020 for inclusion in this book based on the die cracking of Reverse AM.
