Obverse 27 is identified by date placement at B and date repunching
that features an initial date impression to the east within the lower
loop of the 9. Obverse 27 has developed moderately heavy to heavy
die flow lines.
Reverse AA is in a similar die state as Obverse 27, with the advancement of moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.
Comments: Variety 25 was
first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin
during mid January 2018 for inclusion in this book based on the Obverse
27 date repunching.
