Obverse 25 has developed moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.

Y is in a similar die state as Obverse 25, with the advancement of moderately heavy to heavy die flow lines.
Comments: The Obverse 25
initial date impression above the 7 should be readily visible, though
this feature may blend into the top of the 7 on lower grade examples.
