Obverse 14 has developed light to moderately heavy die flow lines
and is observed with die polish lines.
Reverse
N is rotated 5 degrees clockwise and is in a similar die state as
Obverse 14, with the advancement of light to moderately heavy die flow
lines and is observed with the presence of die polish lines.
Comments: Neither clashing nor die cracking has occurred during the service of Variety 12 thus far.
