Obverse 10 is identified by date placement at B and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the east within the lower loop of the 9 and to the right of the base of the 7.  Obverse 10 has developed heavy die flow lines.

Reverse J is rotated 5 degrees clockwise and is in a similar die state as Obverse 10, with the advancement of heavy die flow lines.  Reverse J may be identified by a series of small die file marks under the middle olive leaf.

Comments:  Earlier die state examples of Variety 8 will exhibit initial date impressions to the east of the upright and base of the 1, within the lower loop of the 8 and to the right of the right side of the 9 of Obverse 10.  The aforementioned initial date impressions fade as Obverse 10 develops heavy die flow lines, which is evidenced by the above plate coin.

As was the case with some of the initial date impressions of Obverse 10, the Reverse J die file marks under the middle olive leaf become indistinct as Reverse J develops heavy die flow lines.
