Obverse 39 is identified by date placement at RH and date repunching that features initial date impressions located to the south below the serif and base of the 1 digit; to the south within the upper loop of the 8 digit; to the north above the top and above the serif of the final 1 digit.

Reverse AM has developed the following die crack:
1.  Light die crack segment located within the right wreath between 2:30 and 3:30.

Comments:  Variety 36 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin during mid August 2023 for inclusion in this book based on the date repunching of Obverse 39.
