Obverse 9 is observed with date placement at LH.

Reverse I is rotated 5 degrees counter clockwise and has cracked.  The die crack betweeen 11:15 and 12:45 as well as the die crack between 1:00 and 2:45 represent the more severe die cracks, while the other cracks are much less severe in comparison.

Comments:  Examination of Variety 7 reveals a more heavily flow lined Reverse I in contrast to Obverse 9, which exhibits little to no die flow lines.  This contrast in die state between Obverse 9 and Reverse I indicates that Reverse I was in a previous die pairing prior to variety 7.  The following illustrates the die state difference between Obverse 9 and Reverse I:
