Reverse AY Die Crack Mapping


The second usage of Obverse 20.  Obverse 20 is identified by date placement at LE and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the north above the top of the 1 and top of the second 8.
Obv. 20.2:  Obverse 20 has developed the following die crack:
1.  Die crack segment connecting the tops of 'S(TATES)'.

Reverse AY has developed the following die crack:
1.  Die crack segment extends from 8:00 upward through the outer left wreath to a point at 9:30.

Comments:  Variety 50 represents the second usage of Obverse 20, which was previously in service paired with Reverse T during the 1888 Variety 18 Die Pairing.
