Closeup of Die Cracking between 9:45 and 11:00

Obverse 19 is observed with date placement at C.  Obverse 19 develops the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from the last A of AMERICA splits and continues to the denticles at 5:00 and to the base of the date.
2.  Die crack from the denticles at 5:45 to the first 8 of the date.
3.  Die crack connecting the tops of UNIT of UNITED.

Reverse T develops the following die cracking and breakage:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 8:30 upward through the wreath to the rim at 11:00.
2.  Die breakage occurs from the severity of the die crack from #1, with a retained portion of break between 9:45 and 10:00.
3.  Die crack from the rim at 9:45 into the die break within the wreath.

Comments:  During July of 2016, David Killough sent the above plate coin to me for inclusion in this book based on the severe die cracking and breakage found on the left side of the reverse.  Upon examination of the reverse, the section of die cracking between 9:45 and 11:00 appears to be in the process of breaking form the working die since the northernmost part resides at a lower depth.  Although the section between 9:45 and 11:00 is not yet a cud, I am convinced that a later die state will be found with a cud formed in this section.
