The second usage of Obverse 19.  Obverse 19 is identified by date placement at B and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the north above the serif of the 1, to the north within the upper loop of the 8, to the south within the lower loop of the 6 and to the south below the crossbar of the 4.
Obv. 19.2:  Obverse 19 has now developed noticeable die flow lines and die erosion.
Obv. 19.3:  Obverse 19 continues to degrade with the die flow lines becoming heavier.

The second usage of Reverse AS.  Reverse AS is rotated 48 degrees counter clockwise and is identified by die file marks extending from the outer edge of the right wreath between 2:00 and 2:30.
Rev. ASa:  Reverse AS is rotated 57 degrees counter clockwise.
Rev. AS.2:  Reverse AS is rotated 73 degrees counterclockwise and has developed the following die cracks:
1.  Light Die crack from the right side of the shield to the top of the right wreath.
2.  Light Die crack from the denticles at 3:30 into the the wreath.
3.  Light Die crack from the denticles at 5:30 into the bottom of the wreathb.
4.  Light Die crack from the denticles at 8:00 into the wreath.
5.  Light Die crack from the denticles at 11:30 into the top left of the shield.
Rev. AS.3:  Reverse AS is now rotated 3 degrees counter clockwise, has now developed heavy die flow lines and the light die cracks from the AS.2 die state have increased in severity.

Comments:  Obverse 19 was initially in service paired with Reverse AP during the 1864 With L Variety 19 die pairing and Reverse AS was previously in service paired with Obverse 22 during the 1864 With L Variety 23 die pairing.

During mid November 2018, David Killough submitted an example of Variety 29, which is now the Variety 29b Plate Coin, with Reverse AS rotated 73 degrees counterclockwise.  I am unsure if the Variety 29c with 3 degree reverse die rotation is a continuation of dynamic die rotation or if the 3 degree rotation is now a static rotational attribute of Variety 29 after the Mint had addressed the working die rotation. Therefore, more examples of Variety 29 will be necessary to determine if dynamic die rotation continues beyond the 29c Die State or if it remains static at 3 degrees.

Variety 29a was identified by this author during mid April 2019.  Variety 29 continues to experience dynamic die rotation with Reverse AS in a rotated position of 57 degrees counter clockwise.
