Obverse 31 is observed with date placement at RE and a clash mark in front of the forehead of Miss Liberty.
Reverse AAG is rotated 8 degrees counter clockwise. Reverse AAG develops a cud between 9:00 and 10:00.
Comments:
Close examination of variety 23 reveals no signs of advanced die state, which indicates the reverse AAG cud developed early.
Variety 23 was first identified by this author during early January 2016.
