7th Feather Bar

*Close-up of 7th feather bar is courtesy Eagle Eye Rare Coins inventory 9/14/14.*

Comments:  Date placement is LH.  This obverse is observed with a heavy die gouge from the 7th feather to the M of America.

According to Rick Snow, the reverse exhibits a heavy die line from the rim at 3:00 to the rim at 1:30, which just touches the wreath on two leaves.  Die crack from 1:00 to the right wreath and another from the left side of shield to the top of the left wreath are evident on the plate coin, but not mentioned in the Rick Snow's attribution guide.
