Comments:  Date placement is B.  Obverse 19 is characterized by repunching to the north on the 1 of the date.  In addition, there is evidence of die rust from the working die by the UN of UNITED.

Reverse U has no die markers other than the shield points and olive leaf being well away from the denticles.
