Reverse AAAY Die Crack Mapping

The second usage of Obverse 87.  Obverse 87 is identified by date placement at LE and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south within the upper loop of the 6 and below the upper ball of the 3.  Obverse 87 has developed a die chip located to the right of  'ST(A)TES' and the following die crack:
1.  Die crack connecting the tops of 'UNI(TED)'.
Obv. 87.2:  Obverse 87 has developed a couple die chips below the lower left side of the 6.  These die chips may be associated with a die crack that is difficult to locate due to the advanced die state of Obverse 87.

Reverse AAAY is rotated 8 degrees clockwise and has developed the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 3:45 extends through the middle arrowhead.

Comments:  Variety 101 represents the second usage of Obverse 87, which was previously in service paired with Reverse AAAN during the 1863 Variety 90 Die Pairing.
