Obverse 15 is observed with date placement at RH. Obverse 15
exhibits an advanced die state.
Reverse N features an advanced die state and has developed a rim break
at 10:00.

13 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above
plate coin during mid August 2023 for inclusion in this book based on
the rim break of Reverse N.
