Raised Area On Upper Loop Of 8 Digit


Obverse 23 is identified by date placement at LE and date repunching that features an initial date impression below the base of the 1 digit.  Obverse 23 is observed with a die line located to the left of the 1 digit and a raised area located on the upper left of the upper loop of the 8 digit.
Obv. 23.2:  During the Obverse 23.2 Die State, The Obverse 23 initial date impression is less bold and the die line located to the left of the 1 digit is obscured by incrementally more severe die flow lines.

Reverse W has yet to be observed with any die markers.
Rev. W.2:  During the Reverse W.2 Die State, The Reverse W die flow lines have become incrementally more severe.
