Obverse 9 is identified by repunching to the south on the 19, with date date placement at RH.

Reverse I develops the following die cracks:
1.  Radial die crack from the rim at 3:15 into the wreath.
2.  Radial die crack from the rim at 9:15 into the wreath.

Comments:  The obverse 9 repunching should be easily seen, especially the repunching below the flag of the 1.
