Obverse 78 is identified by date placement at RH and date repunching
that features initial date impressions to the south within the upper
loop and lower loop of the 9; to the south within the 0. Obverse
78 has developed light die flow lines.
Reverse AAY is in a similar die state as Obverse 78, with the advancement of light die flow lines.
Comments: Variety 76 was
first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin
during late July 2018 for inclusion in this book based on the Obverse
78 date repunching.
