Reverse K is in a similar die state as obverse 10, with the presence of moderate flow lines.  Reverse K develops the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 3:00 down into the wreath to the oak leaf between the lowest and middle arrowhead.
2.  Die crack from the rim at 7:00 into the lowest olive leaf.
