Obverse 19 is identified by date placement at C and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the north of all elements of the 1 digit as well as to the north above the top and within the lower loop of the first 8 digit.

Reverse S has developed the following die crack:
1.  Die crack from the rim at 3:00 downward throught the right wreath and middle arrowhead to the the lower arrowhead.
Reverse S.2:  Die Crack #1 has now increased in severity and Reverse S has developed the following additional die crack:
2.  Die crack from the rim at 6:15 through the arrow quill and olive leaves and upward through the left wreath.

Comments:  The Obverse 19 initial date impressions located above the serif and base of the 1 digit as well as the initial date impressions of the first 8 digit were first identified by this author during late November.
