Comments: Variety
19 was
first identified by David Killough, who submitted the above plate coin
during late July 2017 for inclusion in this book based on the date
repunching of Obverse 21.
During mid January 2019, Paul Nomes submitted an earlier die state example
of Variety 19 that did not feature the Reverse T die crack between
11:15 and 12:45 from the Killough discovery coin.
