Obverse 3, which is now in it second die pairing, is identified by date placement at RH; Class V pivot hub doubling on RTY of LIBERTY, designer's initial and ribbon; die line from the eye to the nose; date repunching that features initial date impressions to the south under the left side of the upper loop and within the lower loop of the first 8, to the south under the left side of the base of the 6 and to the south under the left side of the upper loop of the last 8.  Obverse 3 has developed heavy die flow lines.

Reverse T is observed with die polish lines above the shield and a die line from the left wreath through the O of ONE and to the left leg of the N of ONE.  Reverse T develops the following die cracks:
1.  Die crack from 3:45 to the middle arrowhead.
2.  Die crack from 5:45 through the ribbon and olive leaves to the first oak leaf at 8:15.
Rev. T.2:  Reverse T develops a small die break above the middle arrowhead.

Comments:  The class V pivot hub doubling of Obverse 10 features clockwise rotation with a pivot point at 12:00.

Obverse 3 was previously in service paired with Reverse C during the Variety 1 die pairing.
