Repunched 863 to the Southwest

Comments:  Date placement is RH.  Repunching to the southwest on the 863.  Die stage B is observed with a rim cud from 2:30 to 5:30, according to Rick Snow.  

According to Rick Snow in his attribution guide, this reverse develops a die crack from 7:00 into the wreath  Rick Snow also adds that reverse rotation of 15 degrees clockwise has been observed.
